Are service animals allowed at the stadium?

Animals are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service animals do not include emotional support animals.

Levi’s® Stadium welcomes your trained or in-training service dog to join you on our courtesy buses, shuttle carts, and at your seat. If you have special seating needs in order to accommodate your service dog comfortably, please contact the Visa Box Office at [e-mail] or by calling [phone] ext. 4 or (415) GO49ERS ext. 4.

Your service dog or miniature horse must remain on its leash for the duration of your visit at Levi’s® Stadium. Designated service animal relief areas are located near Intel Gate A, SAP Gate B, and Dignity Health Gate C near the bridges.
